STCC-V Trefoil Cleat
Trefoil cable cleat designed for three-core cables arranged in trefoil formation. Single cleat holds three cables simultaneously, suitable for medium/high voltage three-core power cable systems.
STCC-D Double Cleat
Double cable cleat designed for two cables installed in parallel. Suitable for DC systems, control cables or applications requiring dual-cable installation.
STCC-S Single Cleat
Single cable cleat designed for individual cable installation. The most commonly used type for single-core power cables, control cables and signal cables.
Selection Steps
Identify Cable Type
Determine whether single-core or multi-core cables are used, and the cable outer diameter.
Determine Cable Arrangement
For single-core cables, confirm flat formation or trefoil arrangement.
Know Short Circuit Current
Understand the available short circuit current (RMS or peak) to select appropriate cleat strength.
Installation Notes
Bend radius should be 8-12 times cable diameter. Cleat spacing at bends should not exceed 0.3m. Refer to installation guide for detailed specs.
